It has detailed prices of previous listings, you will be surprised how much the property you are interested in was sold for and at when. It even has the property sales report listing the history prices of a single property.
You want to revalue your home so you could take an equity loan out of your current mortgage to finance a holiday or an investment property purchase, but don't want to spend too much money on having a bank valuation yet. Then go to this home value website or home guru website and receive a free property report after filling information about your location and house. These reports are also valuable resources for home hunters to find the actual price range of properties in the areas they are looking at.

- ANZ Economics & Markets Research: produces quality publications on the Australian Property Outlook. These reports are excellent sources to identify housing price trends and fundamentals.
Checking Suburb ProfileDoing research about the suburb you will be staying in is not only recommended for home buyers but also for renters. Domain has a suburb profile search page where you could enter a suburb name or postcode and it will return all information you need to know about the area including public transport, median prices for houses and units, price trends and demographics data.
The RealEstate.com.au website also added a suburb review feature called local voices on their site. Even though the ratings of cities on localvoices are based on RealEstate users' reviews, but they are quite accurate given that most of the reviews were written by local people who actually live in the suburbs that they wrote about. Best cities to live in New South Wales are Menai, North Epping, and Stanmore.
Mortgage Loan GuideANZ home loan has a wide range of advices on which type of properties to buy or which type of loans to take. The Echoice website has detailed information helping you to make the loan for either your first home, investment property, or refinancing.
